Run author tests in travis #371

Should we have travis signal us if the author tests fail? I don't want this to discourage us from merging pull requests, but it would be handy to signal a "soft" failure if this happens.

Oh yes absolutely, author tests should be in Travis.

Sweet; I'd like for us to start using our own perlcritic tests more. Especially since I'm usually the one who violates them. =P
