I build a 5.8.8 on uniqua and am now testing it. I've upgraded Test::More and File::Temp for the sake of the test suite. Everything else is stock.

t/noenv.t is unhappy

Added a conditional the Makefile.PL for the MIN_PERL_VERSION argument.
