Ignore .osc (openSUSE Commander)

I'm not sure how I feel about including something distribution-specific in the default rules; I think it's ok if the openSUSE packagers want to put this in a local patch, though. You can also stick it in your .ackrc. @petdance What do you think?

Agreed, that's pretty narrow to put in.
