Cache downloaded fonts #3

This will cache the downloaded zip file in temp folder and use it in subsequent uses. This speeds up compilation in Vue's serve or webpack-dev-server's serve after making changes to files.

This doesn't seem to take effect. I'm running v1.5.0, and getting build error due to https://google-webfonts-helper.herokuapp.com/api/fonts returning 503 currently. I've run builds before, so shouldn't it be cached?

Having issue again now on version 1.5.0:
