What steps will reproduce the problem?Any gfv search
After type in a search, I get these error
There is no form with the requested fields at 
/usr/local/share/perl/5.12.4/FlashVideo/Site/Googlevideosearch.pm line 15
Searching 'FlashVideo::Site::Googlevideosearch' failed with: There is no form 
with the requested fields at 
/usr/local/share/perl/5.12.4/WWW/Mechanize.pm line 1893.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Immediately getting search results

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.25 Debian

Please provide any additional information below.
In a developement version in FreeBsd, I just get those errors,
but in Debian, after errors, I have some results.
I think this problem began today Wednesday.
I sure wish the -u update   would update the version to latest GIT and not just 
plugins.
I am still trying to get the version with "max results"

I'm having the same issue when I use cmd: get_flash_videos house to search for 
episodes of house on hulu. I have the latest version of rtmpdump and 
get_flash_videos. This issue is in linux only. On a windows machine, I'm able 
to search and things work just fine... any ideas???
