Download from Channel 5 broken #350

get_flash_videos is from git, running on OpenBSD 5.1 current amd64.

I updated to git latest version, and Channel 5 downloads stopped working, 
Channel 5 uses Brightcove.pm this was working before the update, now instead of 
brightcove URL's, a series of facebook URL's are now being tried for downloads.

Reverting back, to the earlier version of get-flash-videos taken from git in 
November the brightcove URL is returned, this fails because of another error in 
AMF data, that has been fixed by adding the player_id to the AMF data.

The download issue has been resolved, using an older version. Updates for 
Channel 5/Brightcove will be placed in this git repository.

Channel5.pm created, and Brightcove.pm reverted to prior to Channel 5 changes.
