youtube has just changed format #426

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to --debug -p a video from youtube
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Video should be played instead:
"Error: Unable to find video URL"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
combined-get_flash_videos-1.24 , linux

Please provide any additional information below.

Firefox dwhelper plugin also fails.

The latest git version works. See issue 402, 405 and 413
