Develop a bar chart based view for Accounts Payable using one of the following (https://www.fusioncharts.com/charts/column-bar-charts/). The bars should be labeled as:

Past Due 0-30 31-60 61-90 91+

Closing this one out - this was implemented as a multi-level pie chart which is much more insightful.
