Purchasing - Supplier Analysis - Spider Chart #23

Similar to the other open issue on customer service ranking, this one will be for suppliers. So use a spider chart (https://www.fusioncharts.com/charts/radar-spider-charts/) to present the data that will come back on a query defined as per the following:

For a given supplier, return the following metrics in comparison to peers on a scale of 1-10: Cost, Quality, On Time Delivery.

We would prompt for the supplier ID and I would envision having a jquery listener for supplier ID so it could automatically respond from a companion Bezl (like a grid of potential suppliers for a given part).
