Develop a Linear Gauge with 3 color ranges view to present Comparative AR Balances. The query for this gallery item for Epicor is currently being developed, but we will want to Excel target initially anyway. Here is the description of the data:

Determine the highest AR balance over the last 12 months, the average AR balance of the last 12 months, and the current AR balance.

I envision the gauge to be divided into 3 evenly sized color bands based by dividing the highest balance up. Current should be where the position of the dial is at. Average should be an annotation somewhere on the Bezl.

I think this largely just needs buttoned up the rest of the way and added to gallery.
