What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. install ejabberd and pyicqt on debian 'testing', register to icq transport
2. send a message to online contact

What is the expected output? 

message has been sent

What do you see instead?

This contact become offline and I got the following message:
"Authentication error (Not authorized): Error. You must log into the transport 
before sending messages."

If I repeat my message, the message has been successfully sent (but contact 
still displayed as offline) and I can see response.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Debian 'testing': pyicqt-0.8.1.5-3, ejabberd-2.1.5-1
