Add templates for AP and PADRs #62

This PR adds templates (with number 0) for APs and PADRs, like we already have for ADRs.

@emmanuelbernard PTAL. The PADR one is basically identical to the ADR one, so I assume that's not contentious. The AP one is a little more interesting.
