docs: add a short description about the project roadmap views

So I am opening this draft PR in view of getting some feedback.

As suggested in https://github.com/bf2fc6cc711aee1a0c2a/ffm-project/pull/12#discussion_r811937409, I am planning to setup some time tomorrow and clean up the projects views leaving us with only the two suggested views. Let me know if anyone has opposing ideas.
