rchk issues? #91

@appelmar I ran the package in r-hub with rchk and it gave an error, but I'm not sure if that's an error in our code or Rcpp? See the output: https://builder.r-hub.io/status/bfast_1.6.0.tar.gz-b4a7b9d61e744805bd182fd19135740c

Superseded by actual CRAN checks, e.g. #93
