Add quickbar support #14

Hello,

many thanks for the great plugin. The Bavarian teachers would really miss the feature when switching from Atto to Tiny.

From a UX point of view, it would be great if the two buttons 'textcolor' and 'backgroundcolor' would not only appear in the menu and the toolbar but also in the quickbar of the editor. This is always opened when a corresponding text section is selected.

It would then look something like this:

What do you think? Would this be an enrichment for the plugin?
