Idea: Student Onboarding Use of OSS #53

new students should receive information about using OSS software during their upcoming studies
format could be a welcome mail plus moodle page (tutorials, FAQ, collection of categorized OSS etc)
probably makes sense to include specific information about software used in core moduls (e.g., Linux and IDEs for CS students)
