add pre-commit reference to readme #243

thanks a lot for that linter. I use it very often, I made a small pre-commit hook for it, you may want to reference in in the README.md :)

Hi @FalcoSuessgott 👋 That's great and thank you for suggesting this! I'm sure folks using pre-commit will appreciate this. Unfortunately since I'm not familiar with the pre-commit ecosystem and its best practices, I'm going to politely decline adding this to the project README to prevent any confusion around "official" recommendations for external tooling. Thanks again though.
