Differences with the dotnet/runtime repo ? #105

Hello, as a C# enthusiast i was studying this project and i'm wondering what are the "non-upstreamable bflat-specific changes" in bflattened/runtime.

I tried to do some comparisons directly in github webui and i noticed commits with same hashes, does it mean the only difference are the github action scripts ? Are there any actual code changes ?

You'll have to use something more sophisticated than GitHub web ui. I don't have a catalog of all the changes.
