prom-client 13? #6

prom-client 12 was moved to 13 rather quickly with no updates coming on that line. Any chance of upgrading to support prom-client 13.x.x?

@robross0606 - prom-client 13 PR is coming today or tomorrow. I'm currently checking if anything is broken (shouldn't be based on the changelog, but better safe than sorry).

Sorry for the long waiting. Unfortunately I had a medical condition that kept me away from personal projects lately.
