[ ] more editor options...
[ ] field bounds; wait until enemy is [vicinity] and start running (movement?) script(s)
[ ] delays/timer for enemy movement/individual scripts to start
[ ] simulate "behind-the-layer" fly-in entrances (e.g. Ikaruga)
[ ] squadrons, patterns, etc. through editor
