Add option to give data on demand to populate the reports page, instead of sending all the information available for a given set of strains in a project.

Needs changes also on report-nf (https://github.com/ODiogoSilva/report-nf)

report-nf is not currently being developed. We are now merging to flowcraft reports (https://github.com/assemblerflow/flowcraft-webapp)
