Add option to select image on protocol creation #125

Allow an option to define the docker image to be used on a given protocol upon its creation. Generate an input field where admins can insert the path to the image on dockerhub.

Also add a new input for the protocol version.

This issue requires the retrieval of the available parameters from flowcraft so that the platform knows which parameters can be used.

This option is now implemented thanks to @ODiogoSilva FlowCraft commit https://github.com/assemblerflow/flowcraft/commit/6f49f78753ff9bfa2710a79336fdb5e9ebab3922 and due to 7333ad87279eba435f01168f6992a8422202219d
