Report CSV issue #21

Suggestion/note from Anniina active reports > table results (chewbbaca_coli_enterobase: results) > csv: messed up line breaks: column headers and column results don't match.

active reports > table results (INNUca_ecoli_6cpu: run information) > csv: could not get csv, no response by pressing the button (works slowly in general right now, heavy load of runs going on).

This was due to the large number of columns when creating the table with the chewBBACA profiles. Because of that, is no longer possible to visualize a table with the profile. Instead, the user have an option to download the profile by clicking on "Run Results > Profile" on each row.
