Pipeline pending/failed #3

Pipeline status indicates that INNUca application is pending but chewBBACA has already failed. The situation is the same for 21 of 30 EFSA demo strains.

This problem is already solved. It was due to the large number of job submissions at the same time which led to a switch of the workflows order on some of the pipelines.
