Pathotyping module result report #74

Remove the _(stx2) part (or whatever starts with a underscore after the actual pathotype) of the result from the Pathotyping module result. This only adds confusion since the pathotype is not determined by only one target. This was already done in a previous version.

The pathotyping version has been updated.
