Human readable chewBBACA labels #92

Chance onmouseover in chewBBACA label (pass/warning/fail) to a % with 2 decimal places and that reads
"xx.xx% of 2630 cgMLST loci found"

Added the tooltip of "xx.xx% of core loci not found" to the labels.
