This fixes a security vulnerability, by upgrading pygments.rb to a version that no longer depends on the vulnerable package.
Building the site still seems to work fine. The only breaking change we hit by upgrading jekyll from 2.x to 3.x is that pygments and redcarpet need to be specified explicitly in Gemfile.
