I get a cp error on my centos #36

Hi,

When I try to run in my centos environment, tblastn seems to only using one thread.

Besides that it doesn't execute the whole program successfully: cp: missing destination file operand after `/home/foo/bg7_example_input_files/testdrive/bg7project_GenBankExternalData.xml'

I get the above error message.
