rename whole bundle jar #5

AFAIK, the one-jar distribution is called CompleteAnnotation.jar. We should call that bg7.jar, the current name is pretty confusing

Done in BG7Official repository :) Before I keep adding/changing things, we should clarify things about having two repositories or not.
