add specification of xml output format #7

same as for the txt. Sample data with all possible features etc will be just great, but something is better than nothing

Comments in the xml will sort of be enough? or would you rather do something more wiki-like ?

sample data with comments will be ok for now. In the long term, we need to document what do you get as output, in a format-independent way.

Ok, maybe I then can do a preliminary version for that and Marina &/or Raquel review it afterwards
