Add an explicit license, attribute to Ben Gamari #6

Relates to issue #5

I copied the license (BSD-3) from the Dhall prelude, but attributed it to Ben Gamari. Feel free to close the PR if I'm overstepping.

As a past contributor, I agree with adding an explicit license, assuming it's what @bgamari wants.

This is a fairly important usage blocker - @bgamari could you please take a look at this and either add a license (this one or some other one) or explicitly mark that it's not for public use? As it stands, this falls into technically-unusable territory, per GitHub's docs:

However, without a license, the default copyright laws apply, meaning that you retain all rights to your source code and no one may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from your work. If you're creating an open source project, we strongly encourage you to include an open source license.
