In order to fix up things where the automatic conversion doesn't produce perfect results, we should output a list that allows people to quickly go through the offending pages and fix them manually.
Could also be a type of log entry that is easy to grep out of the logfile (e.g. MANUAL ATTENTION REQUIRED: {url} {reason})
