TracImport label is pointless #24

There doesn't seem to be any benefit to the TracImport label apart from adding noise to every ticket. What is the intention behind it?

I am rather reluctant to drop the label lest we lose any way of being able to identify and potentially batch-modify the tickets imported from Trac. Perhaps, however, we could consider deleting it a few months after we finish the migration.
