Can't import CSV file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Logging in webinterface
2. Uploading test csv file
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see the imported CSV lines and move them to one of the folders but instead I 
see the file is downloaded to the folder (/etc/apache2/htdocs/pass/files) but 
not imported. I don't see any imported lines.

What version of the product are you using?
2.1.5 (the one cloned from GIT: https://github.com/nilsteampassnet/TeamPass.git)

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't get any additional apache2 errors and the exact same file (attached) 
works on the demo version from teampass.net. I have tried it with only commas 
and with ' " and `.

I run it from ubuntu, I have installed the following packages with apt-get:
-apache2 
-python-git 
-mysql-server 
-php5 
-php5-mysql 
-php5-mcrypt

Do I miss anything?

There was something wrong with uploading.
It's corrected in 2.1.7.

Do you mean in the upcoming version 2.1.7 or version 2.1.6?
