Simply does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Opening the File Importer
2.Trying to select a file to read - it will not allow you to even browse for a 
file until you accidentally click on the ... bar which is not labeled.
3. And it does not recognize a common .csv file!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see NOTHING!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v19 - Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.
You guys need to label things for the end user and not yourselves.
I hate being your beta tester - if you are looking to make money with this 
eventually so far you have an epic fail.

I just installed MD2015 with my extension on a Windows 8 pc and it works fine.
I sent you an email giving a short version of how to use it.
You might try reading the instructions before you spout off.
On the reader you do have to specify the Date Format correctly with mm/dd/yyyy 
or yyyy-mm-dd or whatever.
