No Avatars after server transfer

TEA Version?
1.3.0 r169
SMF Version?
2.0.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save all Datas + database
2. Restore all on another server
3. Changing directorys of themes/avatar/smileys to the new one

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: That all works fine ;-)
Instead: It didn´t :/

In detail all looks good and the Forum/ API Check worked fine...
But there aren´t no Avatars (the eve character picture)
When I pres "I want to Use my EVE Avatar" in my profile it doesn´t change 
anything.

I just moved my forum to another server, im having a similar problem... I cant 
uninstall it as it says package directory is unwriteable the entire root is 
chmod to 777. when i try to run checks, i get "Api System Screwed" . when I try 
to change toons in profile, it deletes my api from the system, and when i try 
to put it back in, it says my api is wrong, and its never changed. Why is it 
pretending to be a Microsoft product?

Having the same issue.

Moved from 1 linux server to another linux server. Not showing avatars. Any 
idea what may be wrong?
