Undefined index: tea_charid in TEA.php

TEA Version?
1.2.0 (with some SVN files (TEAC, TEA.php) replacing stock 1.2.0)
SMF Version?
2.0RC5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. creating any type of rule
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output was no log errors, instead I got:
Type of error: Undefined
http://blah.com/index.php?action=admin;area=tea;save
8: Undefined index: tea_charid
File: /blah/Sources/TEA.php
Line: 1279 

Please provide any additional information below.

This issue appears in even the most current version of the TEA.php file 
available via SVN.
