Teamspeak Mod Times out #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enable Temars API Registration
2. enable teamspeak area
3. click save on teamspeak area

What is the expected output? 
I expected the page to reload
What do you see instead?
The page loading for 5 minutes and then a script timing out

There seems to be an issue with the Teamspeak Mod where it times out connecting 
to the server - I have used the library that you included wiht the mod 
(Teamspeak3 PHP Framework) and successufully connected to my ts server using 
serverquery - however the SMF mod will not connect.
