Post id or guid required issue. #576

What steps will reproduce the problem? (Be *specific*)
1. Creating a new post type like I did, which contains a title and a media
supposed to be a pdf file.
2. Click on upload button.
3. Click on insert into the article

What is the expected output?

the image used by wordpress to display pdf files.

What do you see instead?

Post ID or guid required.

Does the problem continue if you disable all other plugins? (plugin
conflicts cause a LOT of problems, so please isolate the problem)

Please copy and paste the system information that appears in a yellow
textarea when you click on "Report a Bug" on any CCTM admin screen (this
includes the version of the
plugin, the version of PHP, the version of MySQL, a list of other active
plugins etc.):

Sorry for disturbing you but it seems to be due to a plugin conflict...

Anyway thank you for your awesome job in this plugin, I wonder how much time I
saved using it.

I am seeing the same thing, but not on all sites. If brunof...@gmail.com sees
this, could you please say what plugin you discovered was causing the conflict?

Will need to look for any conflicts when the code is refactored in the github
repo.
