To update I just ran npx release-plan-setup@latest again and committed all the changes.

the biggest notable change here is that (thanks to Katie Gengler) we fixed the issue where adding a label to a PR from a fork doesn't update the Release Preview 👍 much more ergonomic

I dont know anything about the release plan stuff. Would you like me to just merge this? Have @NullVoxPopuli do it?

it's computerless release automation!

all that's needed is some initial setup (like an NPM_TOKEN in action secrets in the repo's settings)
