Make x-mod-spdy Header optional #61

Some of our customers consider Product identifiers and Version numbers 
potential security risks. Please add a configuration option to disable the 
x-mod-spdy Header or at least remove the version number.

This has been fixed in trunk in r388, and will be in the next release.  With 
this change, you can add a `SpdySendVersionHeader off` config directive to 
suppress the header.
