Enhancement: Trackball Pan, Touch Mouse #85

I seem to have 4 options:
>No Pan; Trackball mouse (only works in full screen mode)
>Desktop panning mode (aka, Touch Pan; No Mouse)
>Mouse Pointer mode   (aka, No Pan; Touch Mouse)
>Touch Pan; Trackball Mouse

I would like to see a Trackball Pan, Touch Mouse.  This would work nicely
for me since I'm remotely running machinery and the GUI on the remote
computer is already set up for a touch-screen interface.
