Can't run the DITE with lazarus on CodeTyphon

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Intstall CodeTyphon 2.8
2. Download DITE binary
3. Extract DITE archive and run the DITE.exe.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see the DITE main screen.
But I see the message that is "You don't have a Object Pascal IDE Installed".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CodeTyphon 2.8, Windows 7 x64, DITE 1.1.31.2

Please provide any additional information below.
