HelpInsight Heading is Black Color on Black BackgroundColor with Delphi 2006 #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose solarized-my-take theme and apply it
2. Open IniFiles.pas
3. Hover over IndexOf-Method on line 508 and see black color on black 
background-color

> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect some more readable color combination, instead I seet black color 
on black background-color.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Delphi 2006 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

The colors used to modify the Help Insight are based in the current theme 
selection, so try choosing another theme to get a better combination in the 
Help Insight Window.
