DIC - Delphi XE5 menus not shown #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install the tool
2. start delphi xe5
3. select a menu in ide

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting to see the menu contents, but only get the "shadow" of the 
menu-dropdown

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8.1, Delphi XE5, 0.2.95 of the util.

Please provide any additional information below.

This happen with any selected theme? or just with the showed on the image?

It happens for any selected theme (tried several different themes)

Just found out: 
If I just use shortcut keys for accessing the menus, it works, but if I click 
on a menu the dropdown is empty as reported

Sorry but I cannot reproduce the issue.
Do you are using any other experts (plugins) (GExperts, CnWizards)? Also are 
you tried with the last version of the DIC 0.3.1.3?

Yes, I tried with the latest version also (0.3.1.7).
I have GExperts, DDevExtensions, IDEFixPack, Eurekalog 7 running on Windows 8.1 
update 1 64-bit.
