DIC - With certain themes (colors) the Tooltip symbol insight when debugging font is not readable #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Choose Twilight or SlateGray theme
2.  debug a program 
3.  run your cursor over a variable at run time 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Font with the variables name and value cannot be read.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.2.9.8,  Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
With other themes, perhaps with lighter colors, the font is readable

It seems any theme with the font color not black has the issue to some degree.  
If the font color matches or comes close to the background color of the hint 
window, you can't read it.  I tried changing the font color, to no avail.
