DIC - If the Enabled button is Unchecked, it still leaves colors behind #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose a theme
2. verify theme works
3. Uncheck the Enabled button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The IDE should go back the way it was without leaving behind colors from the 
theme.  I notice them in drop downs, like in the CnPack Class/method dropdowns

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.3.1.7, Windows 7,  Delphi XE5

Please provide any additional information below.
