DIC - XE2 - Main menu entries unreadable after starting the IDE #66

I'm using the VS2012 dark theme that has the main menu items with a light gray 
text color atop a black background.

In order to get these items displayed gray I have to check the "Fix disabled 
icons draw in IDE Menus and toolbars", otherwise the text is black (on a black 
background).

But it seems that this option is not applied upon startup, so each time I 
restart the IDE (pretty often at work) the items in the main menu are black on 
black again. I then need to go into the DIC settings, uncheck and check that 
option again and press apply for it to take effect.

Can you please attach a screenshot of the theme applied?

The first screenshot shows the menu bar with the black on black menu items, the 
second one shows the whole IDE with the vs2012 dark theme.

As soon as I load up a project or file, the menu items are drawn correct again.
