DIC - The menus in some GExpers are completely gray

What steps will reproduce the problem?

DIC 0.3.7.8, XE2, GExperts 1.3.7 for XE2

I tried this with the dark gray theme and two different VCL styles, so it 
doesn't seem to be related to a particular style.

It doesn't happen in every GExpert window. I didn't try them all. 
At least those three are wrong:
* Class Browser
* Code Librarian
* Project Dependencies
