DIC - bug with DevExpress TcxRadioButton #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place Developer Express VCL TcxRadioButton control on form and save project
2. Enable DIC and reload the Delphi
3. Open the project, open form with TcxRadioButton 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

  Form has to be loaded correctly. But instead of it Dephi shows error message: Invalid ImageList...
So it can't load this form correctly.
With switched off DIC everything is working ok.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

  It happen as on Delphi XE2 as on XE7. WIndows 8.1 64-bit

The latest one - 14.1.5
